The first of my many projects for the Park Slope Civic Council was a poster for its Fall Civic Sweep in 2009. The organization wanted to get more neighbors involved in the important community event. For the first time, the Civic Council had a document that would stand out in store windows and other venues, which helped to attract more people to the event.

Since then, I have designed many posters for the Fall and Spring Sweeps. For the fall 2011 edition, I developed a design that we have used as the basis for all subsequent posters — making it easy and quick to design new announcements for this popular community activity.
