The Park Slope Civic Council’s Forth on Fourth Avenue Committee, a result of the successful forum concerning the thoroughfare, needed to increase its visibility among neighbors.

This postcard/logo project marked the group’s first big outreach effort in the community. The finished card — printed in English and Spanish to reflect the neighborhood’s diversity — made its initial appearance in a community clean-up and has helped draw new members to the group.

The logo, designed in several orientations to match various needs, has given the committee its own unique identity within the Civic Council. It has since been used in several other documents and as part of a proposed tag for new street trees.
