My skills as a designer and photographer have been used throughout various organizations, not just outreach and advocacy but fundraising and development as well. The end-of-year package for Village Preservation, for example, mixes my own images, some photo research, and jaunty use of our branded typography for a lively look at the nonprofit’s accomplishments over the previous 12 months and a successful fundraising effort. The invitation for the Waterfront Views and Vision Benefit mimics the piers of the Hudson River that the New York League of Conservation Voters was working to revitalize. And the series of invitations to benefits for local League chapters offered quick and, with a two-color format, inexpensive package for events that often were assembled on short notice.
