I've long enjoyed taking photos, but it wasn’t until I took an inspiring class on the subject at Cooper Union in Manhattan that I could call myself a photographer. Since then, I’ve taken thousands of photos for myself, for exhibits of my work, and for professional assignments.
The slide show on this page offers the merest glimpse into some of my favorite subjects, New York City and other metropolises, urban people, nature, and architecture among them. I’ve posted nearly 5,000 photos on Flickr, which could be overwhelming to review, but a good place to start would be my album Top 150 Photos of 2024, a good year for images that stretched from Barcelona back to Brooklyn.
